Healthy Food Unpluged

Dinner doesn't have to be boring when you can spice food selections up with spices and soup mixes.
Lipton vegetable soup served as a flavor packet to two cups of brown rice and two cups of water to yield a delicious dish. Broccoli florets and one diced carrot was streamed separately and added to Vegetable Brown Rice.

Roasted Chicken Breast are seasoned with salt, pepper, an italian herb mixture and a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to pat chicken pieces dry before seasoning to get crispy skin. Bake chicken on sheet pan at 375° for 75 minutes.
